Nice casino with good slots and friendly staff. The food options were limited and not very tasty. Evening entertainment was enjoyable, but it needs improvement. Parking is free, which is a plus.

The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds made for a decent night’s sleep, though a bit hard for my taste. Temperature control was an issue; the air conditioner was loud and stopped working on the third night. I appreciated the mini kitchen, featuring a full fridge, microwave, and a well-functioning coffee machine. Body wash and shampoo in dispensers were convenient. The large shower was a bonus, providing ample space. the noise from the casino made it hard to relax. Lastly, the balcony offered a nice city view, enhancing the overall room experience.

I had a rough time checking in because they refused to let me without my husband there, even though we have the same last name. It felt unnecessary and frustrating, especially after a long trip. Really disappointing service overall.

Great location near the river. Super friendly staff, especially housekeeping and valet. My room was super clean, spacious and comfy. The amenities were nice like the fridge and coffee machine. Loved the pool area, very peaceful. Good food at Hannah's Table. Fitness center and spa facilities looked awesome too.

Rooms are nicely renovated and very clean. The casino is small but enjoyable, with live music on the weekends. Disappointed that elevator was out during my stay, which made getting around frustrating.

My room was newly remodeled and super comfortable! The staff went above and beyond, helping me with a late-night fridge issue. The outdoor pool and live entertainment added just the right touch to my stay!

Registration staff are excellent. Quick and efficient check-in made for a good start. issues with room cleanliness are concerning—shower corners dirty and sheets questionable. Booked two rooms; one was spacious with a lovely view. The other had a non-working TV, leading to an awkward move and a disappointing compensation offer. Elevator malfunctions and partial renovations created delays and noise. Additional fees suddenly added to the price detracted from value. Toiletries were nice, but only two towels? Clear communication from staff is vital, especially regarding key access. Management must address these recurring guest concerns to truly elevate their establishment. A follow-up would go a long way.

Alright, so here's the scoop on my recent stay at J. I gotta say that the location of the resort was spot on. It was super convenient being just a short walk away from the main strip and other attractions. The room we had was renovated and clean, which was a plus. The pool was also well-kept and a nice little oasis to chill in. there were definitely some areas that needed improvement. The check-in process felt a bit sketchy due to the ongoing construction, and some parts of the room weren't as clean as they should have been. Stains on the bathroom walls and carpets left a bit to be desired. In terms of amenities, the restaurants at the resort were a bit hit or miss. While they had just opened and there was a learning curve, the food wasn't the best. The lack of washcloths in the bathroom and only one coffee provided were minor inconveniences that added up. the staff's understanding of customer service seemed lacking. There were issues with room cleaning and maintenance, and the response to a security incident in the parking garage was unsatisfactory. J has potential once the construction is completed, but for now, there are definitely some kinks that need to be ironed out for a more enjoyable stay.

The staff are super friendly and always greet you with a smile. The updated rooms are fresh and clean, and I enjoyed a delicious soup at Hannah's Table.
The elevators seemed to be on a permanent vacation.

I had an amazing time exploring nearby attractions like the Reno Riverwalk District which is just a 5-minute walk away and I loved how close the hotel is to great restaurants like Tacos Tijuana only a few steps away and the iconic Reno Arch was less than a 15-minute stroll making it super easy to check out the city's landmarks; the staff was friendly and the amenities were nice but the hotel could improve its housekeeping as I found a few minor cleaning issues in the room.

Stayed in a nicely updated room with a great view of the city lights at night. Convenient walking distance to various attractions, including casinos, a grocery store, and the scenic river walk. Quick response to remote control issue, and check-in was speedy.
Construction made navigating the area difficult, creating inconveniences for guests. Staff seemed unhappy and unhelpful, lacking in courtesy.

We hit up the epic events in Reno with non-stop fun. The gaming area had us hyped! We even placed bets on sports like pros! The staff were chill, and the hotel vibed with our crew. Super dope time, would def make a comeback!
Just needed more high-energy activities for us party animals.

The staff at this hotel definitely stood out during our stay. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate my request to watch the football game, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The view of the light sculpture was also a great bonus. The location of the hotel was perfect, close enough to downtown but away from the hustle and bustle. The newly remodeled section of the hotel was beautiful, with a modern and upscale design. The room itself was well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities.
The ongoing remodeling at the hotel caused a lot of inconveniences. Construction workers would unexpectedly pop out from behind plastic sheets, elevators were out of order, and the overall noise level was higher than advertised.

stayed at j resort and the two bed room was large and nice. delightful view of other casinos lighting up at night and sunrise in the morning. plenty of ground and parking terrace spaces. good tv with satellite and streaming options. easy walking distance to lots of things: famous ‘reno’ sign, dispensary, and the river walkway. also had a fridge which we didn't see in the room description.
